Working in Groups creates a rich dynamic between and among youth and mentors:
- They work together in a safe, controlled setting;
- They experience a variety of personalities and ages;
- And, in the end both mentors and youth are better positioned for longer-term, individual relationships.
Working Virtually brings extraordinary efficiencies, including:
- recruiting and vetting and onboarding potential mentors;
- bringing busy folks from a wide variety of generations together in one room at the same time.
Our Differentiators:
- Youth are co-leaders in designing, piloting and assessing the performance of the project.
- In all our pilots we had the full spectrum of ages -- from teenagers to seventy-somethings.
- We practice mentoring within the dynamic context of teams and teamwork.
