INTRODUCING

THE VIRTUAL GROUP MENTORING PROJECT
The Virtual Group Mentoring Project is delivered on-line and in twelve sessions -- in one-hour sessions a week over three months:
  • Mentors and youth work in partnership on a topic of importance to your mission.
  • It could be job readiness, career exploration, study skills or college counseling. You name it.
  • At the end of the three months you'll have a program blueprint of lasting value.

Working in Groups creates a rich dynamic between and among youth and mentors:
  • They work together in a safe, controlled setting;
  • They experience a variety of personalities and ages;
  • And, in the end both mentors and youth are better positioned for longer-term, individual relationships.

Working Virtually brings extraordinary efficiencies, including:
  • recruiting and vetting and onboarding potential mentors;
  • bringing busy folks from a wide variety of generations together in one room at the same time.

Our Differentiators:
  • Youth are co-leaders in designing, piloting and assessing the performance of the project.
  • In all our pilots we had the full spectrum of ages -- from teenagers to seventy-somethings.
  • We practice mentoring within the dynamic context of teams and teamwork.
