WHAT WE OFFER
The Virtual Group Mentoring Project -- We engage with you weekly for three months (12 weeks). Together, we pilot a program that addresses a chosen need involving under-resourced youth -- such as job readiness, career exploration, study skills and college counseling.

Cost: Our all-inclusive professional fee is $10,000, which covers:
  • twelve weekly virtual meetings (up to 75 minutes each);
  • unlimited consultations with one of our coaches during the three-month engagement;
  • assistance in sharpening the scope of your topic;
  • assistance in determining program goals and metrics;
  • training in onboarding and orienting mentors and youth;
  • assistance in formal assessment of the program's effectiveness;

In addition, we offer:
  • up to and including ten (10) consultations for the the nine (9) months after completion of the engagement.
  • Use of all tools in the Advanced Mentoring Resource Kit in perpetuity.

The Mentor-as-Changemaker Project -- This is a five-session workshop that draws upon the practical lessons from social entrepreneurship applied to mentoring. Participants will develop hands-on practical skills -- making a map, minding the gaps and building the app -- and rehearse how to apply them to meet your own needs in the form of your own, customized platform.

Cost and Major Features:
  • Cost: $400 per person for the five sessions
  • A limit of twelve participants.
  • Additional consultations: $100 per hour for individuals; $250 per hour for groups of four or more.

Our Basic Mentoring Resources Kit provides what you need to get started.  It includes such features as  the definitions of various forms of mentoring, notes on its classical roots and a summary of the all-important "mentor's dilemma." It is available free of charge to everyone reading this website. These resources are available for the public to use.

Our Advanced Mentoring Resources Kit contains our "theory of change," our "making the map, minding the gaps, building the app" tools and case studies  -- all based on proven research and practical experience. These resources are included in your membership fee for each of our two major programs.
