The ADVANCED MENTORING RESOURCES KIT includes a number of essential tools available to those who participate in The Virtual Group Mentoring Project and/or The Mentor-as-Changemaker Project. It includes these features:
- The story of how our "Mentoring Theory of Change" was born and how it's based on the unique "Theory of Change for Social Entrepreneurs,"
- A Case Study: "Aurelio and His Many Mentors" -- which includes diagnostic and planning tools such as Making the Map, Minding the Gaps, Building the App.
- Identity Engagement Theory, which is especially well suited for supporting black and brown, under-resourced youth.
- Academic Perspectives on "Interventions" to improve the performance of youth.
