Clint Wilkins has a long and distinguished career in education—in both independent and charter schools and as a social entrepreneur.
In the 2019-21 school years Clint served as an “Encore Fellow” in the Mayor’s Office in San Jose, where he designed and implemented the Virtual Group Mentoring Program for under-resourced Silicon Valley high school youth.
Over the course of his career Clint has also served as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University School of Education, and an Associate with the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Oxford (which inspired his Mentor-as-Changemaker Program) and as the Interim Executive Director of Next Generation Scholars in San Rafael, CA.
Currently he is a leader in the "Encore Movement," which engages older persons in changemaking. In that context, he's the convener of the Intergenerational Affinity Group with Encore Network.
Clint received his BA from Williams College in history, a masters degree from Harvard University in religion, and his secondary school teaching credentials at Princeton University.
